The Social never disappoints! The cocktails are creative and perfectly crafted, and the food is absolutely top-notch — every dish feels thoughtful and full of flavor. The owners truly make the experience special; they’re welcoming, genuine, and clearly passionate about what they do. Whether you’re stopping in for drinks or a full meal, this place has an unbeatable vibe and top-tier service. Easily one of my favorite spots in town! Great date night spot for me and the bride.

My mother & I have been looking to try different brunch spots every weekend and this was a lovely pick! The furniture and design of the location was beautiful. The chairs were very luxurious and comfortable, and they have areas to hang out and watch games on the TV, or play some chess! Our waiter was very sweet, and took the time to put a show on for my son while we ate. The TVs look like paintings and absolutely fooled me! The service was amazing, and the food was delicious. I ordered a steak and eggs and my mother ordered the social plate I believe, and some chocolate chip pancakes. All the food came out great and they were lovely enough to bring us more eggs. I highly recommend trying this location for brunch! I would love to return for some dinner and plan on doing so soon. We normally try to get great pictures of our food but it looked so yummy we dug in as soon as our plates arrived. Thank you for your great food and service! We hope to see this establishment thrive.

Lovely night celebrating our summer birthday queens. Food was delicious. Room temperature perfect and terrific service from Ashley, Cristian and our host Kristen. Beautifully decorated restaurant and extensive menu. We will be back.

This was my first time eating at The Social, and it did not disappoint! From the friendly staff to the delicious food, everything was excellent. I loved the lounge vibe and the great music. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Social is an absolute gem and a standout addition to the Hauppauge dining scene. My wife and I stopped in late Thursday afternoon and were immediately struck by the beautiful décor—warm, elegant, and thoughtfully designed throughout both the bar and dining areas. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. Co-owner Christine personally greeted us and could not have been more gracious, friendly, and accommodating. The bartender, Richie, was outstanding—very personable and clearly skilled, making excellent cocktails that were perfectly balanced and well-crafted. We sampled several appetizers, all of which were delicious and beautifully prepared. While we haven’t yet ordered entrées, a recent Instagram video showcasing their food left a strong impression: generous portions and dishes that looked exceptional. We also had the pleasure of meeting the other owner, Anthony (Christine’s husband), who was equally warm, attentive, and engaged—clearly passionate about the experience they are creating. The menu offers many interesting and appealing options, and we are already looking forward to returning for dinner. Whether you’re stopping in for expertly made drinks at the bar or planning a full dining experience, Social is an excellent choice. Highly recommended—we will absolutely be back.

My husband and I flew into Long Island on a Thursday evening and needed a late-night spot for dinner. We stumbled upon this restaurant and we're so glad we did! Excellent choices on the menu, great food and service. Game boards, special nights for Karaoke (Thursday) and Latin music, too. Really good wine list by the glass and by the bottle.

Everything was amazing. The drinks were delicious and perfectly made, and the food was full of flavor. We all loved the place — the atmosphere was cozy, the service was attentive and quick, and every detail was just right. Definitely a spot we would come back to again and again. Highly recommended!
